Note From Coach Dave April 13 2012

Boy’s swimming parents,
I know Mark has talked with the boys about doing some training to prepare for next season, and the best kind of training for swimmers is swimming, and specific dryland training for swimmers. The club offers both of these, and the athletes that take part in preparing themselves tend to see bigger improvements more often when they get into the school season. Club is a great way for these athletes to do their sport, learn some new and different events, and continue to increase their knowledge base so they can continue to improve not just with their times but with stroke technique as well. As you all know there are so many things that go into a great swimming race, and the more they work on those things the better they become and the more often those great races occur. I have attached the registration sheet to this email so you can look it over, if you have questions please feel free to contact me. There is also a lot of useful information on the club website at http://www.alexswimclub.org/.

We are having a potluck/registration night Monday the April 16th with the potluck starting at 5:30, and the registration starting at 6:30pm I hope to see you there and get to meet and visit with many familiar faces as well as a lot of new faces.

Thanks for your time,
Dave
