Executive Committee
- Comprised of the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary if approved by board pursuant to the club by-laws.
- Acts on behalf of board per club by-laws.

Finance Committee
- Comprised of the Treasurer and other club members.
- Develops and maintains budget for club with board approval.
- Makes recommendations to the board regarding financial issues.
- Chaired by the Treasurer.

Communications Committee
- Chair sits on the board of directors acts as liaison between the committee and the general board.
- Handles all club publicity and advertisements.
- Maintains club website.
- Club/Team photographs.
- Recommends advertising with board approval.
- Updates club bulletin board in pool area.
- Acts as main hub of communication for the club via calling trees, emails, website, bulleting board, etc.
- Posts weather and other announcements on website and via email.

Jeff Meland
Social/Awards/Apparel Committee
- Chair sits on the board of directors acts as liaison between the committee and the general board.
- Organizes team banquets and potlucks.
- Team recognition.
- Communicates and negotiates hotel accommodations for coaches and parents for away meets.
- Organizes potlucks for away meets if wanted by parents to promote club participation and family atmosphere.
- Reaches out to new members and helps them assimilate to the club by talking to them during practice or via emails and asking them if they have any questions or concerns.
- Help new parents at swim meets by answering questions, showing them how the program works, etc.
- Organizes awards for meets and team functions.
- Orders apparel (suits, goggles, caps, etc) for registration night, meets and throughout season.
- Organizes and orders apparel for club recognition such as sweatshirts, t-shirts, etc.

Concessions Committee
- Chair sits on the board and acts as liaison between the committee and general board.
- Organizes coach’s hospitality room for our own swim meet.
- Plans concessions menu and compiles concession updates as needed.
- Places and picks up concession orders.
- Coordinates the set up and tear down of concessions.

Registration and Swim Meet Committee
- Chair sits on the board and acts as liaison between the committee and general board.
- Organizes meet sign ups and collects payment from parents.
- Communicates in a timely manner meet information to parents.
- Enters swimmers at the beginning and through out each season into Hy-tek.
- Prepares swim meet signup sheets.
- Encourages and promotes meet participation and answers questions from parents regarding meets.

- Plans and coordinates fund raising ideas and presents them to the board.
- Develops relationship with donors, sponsors and parents.
- Calls volunteers for various activities for the club such as meets, concessions, etc.
